Tadmor, Very Late Season Floricane Raspberry (EU PVR 20031068)

Tadmor is one of the first new cultivars to be identified by Hargreaves Plants from the world class raspberry breeding program of Plant and Food Research in New Zealand.  Tadmor has been thoroughly tested in the UK over a number of seasons and the first trial results have been received from overseas.  Tadmor is expected to make a significant impact on the European raspberry scene based on an unprecedented combination of late maturity and superb fruit quality.

Test results show Tadmor to be the latest floricane raspberry variety available, with a 50% pick date 5 days later than that of Octavia.  Couple this with excellent quality fruit, average 7.0g berry weight, almost 2x firmer than Tulameen and delightful flavour, then clearly Tadmor sets totally higher standards.

The seasonality will further help to bridge the gap to the best primocanes and ensure high quality fruit can be supplied all season long.

Hargreaves Plants has increased plant numbers in tissue culture in order to produce volumes of plant material that are now available.

Plants not already sold will be offered on a strictly 'first come, first served basis', so to register your interest please make contact in one of the following ways as soon as possible:
