Autumn Bliss

A Traditional Primocane

This is a heritage variety with a large place in the home gardening sector.  Autumn Bliss was one of the first varieties found to fruit from the end of July until the first frosts of the autumn, producing most of its fruit in the month of September.

The fruit is medium sized, averaging around 3.3g per fruit and maintaining this average throughout the season.  It has a good flavour but can be crumbly when picked.  The canes are relatively short and strong, requiring little or no support, again making them ideal for the home garden.
