The company now has an exclusive supply arrangement with a select few of the world's leading asparagus breeders.  These include the following:

• University of Guelph, Canada

• Aspara Pacific, New Zealand

• University of Rutgers, USA and Deutschespargelzucht, Germany through Vilmorin and Nickerson Zwaan

• Brock Asparagus, California

In total, Hargreaves Plants has exclusive rights to varieties in 31 European countries.  Outside Europe, seeds or crowns can be supplied to many other countries, Peru, China and Thailand for example.
